The house
The holiday apartment, with secured private swimming pool 12 m x 6 m, is located on the first floor of a detached villa, with the caretaker living on the ground floor. The holiday flat is accessible through a separate entrance. A spacious covered terrace is accessible from the kitchen, lounge and dining room.
The entrance hall gives access to:
- lounge with a double sofa bed (for 2 children max), 2 lounge chairs, coffee table, TV, radio.
- dining room with folding large table and 8 leather chairs
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, etc..
- the night hall which in turn gives access to:
- storage room with cleaning materials

The house is located on the outskirts of the village, on a residential avenue with little traffic. The house itself is situated on a very green area of 1500m². There are many trees, olive trees and shrubs. The garden and the swimming pool are completely in the green and very private. The caretaker has a separate entrance, garden and terrace at the back of the house, so holidaymakers will not be disturbed. A large private parking gives the possibility to park up to 2 cars.
