Petit Paradis Garrigue is a holiday home decorated in southern style and equipped with every comfort. You immediately
imagine yourself in Mediterranean spheres. The house sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
This holiday home has been in rental since 2022 and still has the maximulmscore. Since February 2024 on Gites.co.uk.

Location
Petit Paradis Garrigue is very quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac at the foot of the
the Massif des Lens in Moulézan. Moulézan is a typical small southern French village situated between the
vineyards and the Massif des Lens in the Garrigue (typical vegetation in the Gard) with its many official
hiking trails that start less than 20 metres from the house. The bakery is within walking distance in the
village, as well as a bar tabac, a good restaurant and there is a possibility to take away fresh pizza. There
is a supermarket a 9-minute drive away.
Description exterior
Petit Paradis Garrigue has an enclosed garden with private pool (new) equipped with an alarm.
Around the pool there are 6 sunbeds (parasol), a terrace with dining table and a large gas BBQ. The
terrace is covered with reeds from the Camargue. In the lounge, on the other side of the house,
you can enjoy your aperitif in the shade. Mediterranean plants such as olive trees, oleanders,
rosemary, thyme and lavender complete the garden. From the garden you have a beautiful view of the Massif des
Lens with its typical 'Garrigue' vegetation. There is ample parking (free) at the house.

Petit Paradis Garrigue is laid out as follows:
Ground floor equipped with air conditioning:
Hall, toilet and living room with dining table, armchair, smart TV and overlooking the swimming pool
Fully equipped kitchen with hot air oven, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, combi-
microwave oven, vitro ceramic hob, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender etc.
Garage with dryer and washing machine, iron and ironing board. This garage can also be used
to store bicycles or a roof box but is not accessible by car.
First floor:
Bedroom 1 has a 160x200 double bed with built-in wardrobe, desk and separate air conditioning
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds of 90x200, these can also be converted into a double bed
of 180x200, with built-in wardrobe and separate air conditioning
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds of 80x200, these can also be converted into a double bed
160x200, with built-in wardrobe and separate air conditioning
All bedrooms have views of the Cevennes and the Massif des Lens

The decoration was carefully and tastefully chosen. The house is equipped with good Wi-Fi (fibre).
Bed linen, towels (2 towels per person and kitchen towels), final cleaning, Wi-Fi,
water and electricity are always included in the price. Towels for the pool/beach are
not included. Baby bed and high chair are provided.
