Maleville, near Villefranche-de-Rouergue, is the perfect base from which to discover the numerous surrounding medieval villages, explore the various hiking or cycling trails or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. From the property you overlook the valley of the Aveyron and apart from an exceptional tractor you will hardly be disturbed in your contemplation.

The house itself was designed to make the most of the beautiful surroundings. From every room and living space you have breathtaking views of the valley. High ceilings, large glass windows and good surface areas make the house feel spacious and also make larger groups feel at home.
