The house
The loft for 12 p. is situated in the beautiful Pays Cathare with beautiful castles, vineyards, olive- and palm trees at a stone's throw from the Mediterranean Sea. Surrounded by nice villages and beautiful cities such as Carcassonne, Narbonne and Beziers.
The loft has a beautiful garden with heated and secured swimming pool. (8 x 4) The pool is heated from mid-April to late October. Inside there is 300m2 living space, with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, infrared sauna and two large sitting areas.
The loft has a beautiful interior, sometimes tight, sometimes nostalgic, a little design and brocante.
Outside with the intimate lighting in the evening it is a beautiful whole. On the large terrace in front of the house is a second large dining table for dinners and breakfasts outside. There are also several sunbeds, a super luxurious outdoor lounge area with a wicker mega parasol, a BBQ area and a second terrace.

LOFT - POwered by LIEU- The loft is situated above street level in the middle of a small village, so you look out over the roofs of Villedaigne.
The loft is very centrally located, close to all kinds of activities, at 10 km from Narbonne and at half an hour from the Mediterranean Sea.

Wij hadden een heerlijke week samen met vrienden in Loft! Het huis is erg ruim en gezellig ingericht, proper, alles is voorzien, en er stond een mooie mand met streekproducten klaar bij aankomst. De gastvrouw en gastheer zijn erg vriendelijk, alle contact verliep erg vlot. Wij willen zeker nog eens terug komen!
Restaurants, food & wine
In the vicinity there are several nice restaurants where you can just eat well. But there are also plenty of restaurants in a special place (les salins) or with a well-deserved star in Narbonne. We are spoiled with an awful lot of delicious wines in our region. You can taste wines in so many places in the region, plenty of opportunities! For tips you can always contact us.
In addition, a visit to the olive pressery l'Oulibo is very nice. You can taste oysters at several places on our coast.
Very famous are the halls of Narbonne, open every morning with a variety of fresh fish, meat, cheeses, vegetables, fresh herbs.
Activities
There is a lot to do in the vicinity. The LOFT is situated in the middle of a village, 5 km from the Canal du Midi, in the middle of Cathar country. At 25 minutes drive are long sandy beaches on the Mediterranean Sea. Drive along extensive vineyards, join a wine tasting, visit the fortified city of Carcassonne or the cosmopolitan Montpellier.
Cycling along the Canal du Midi, visiting the Cathar castles, a lazy lunch on the terrace in Narbonne or a picnic at one of the many rivers; you can do anything here.
And then in the evening just 'home' again, lighting up the BBQ, a game of pool and a final dip in the pool or sauna. The evening can be ended with all of us in the luxurious lounge area under the thatched parasol!
Further remarks
We are centrally located here for various trips with children.
A selection of activities:
-Swimming in Ribaute or in one of the many other small rivers in the neighbourhood
(even in our own village), jumping from the rocks delicious adventure.
-To the animal park, reserve Africaine de Sigean.
-Kayaking in Puicheric.
-Lac de Cavayere, a beautiful lake near Carcassonne where there is plenty to do:
a landscaped water park with inflatable big cushions,
for the daredevils swinging from tree to tree in a 'parc acrobatique
lovely little beaches, pedalos and a mini-golf course.
-Of course you can take your bucket and spade to the beach!
-For even more water fun visit the water theme park in Valras plage
or the somewhat smaller espace liberté in Narbonne with a huge water slide
where, apart from swimming in large indoor and outdoor pools, you can also go ice skating and bowling.

In the low season, between November and March, it is possible in certain weeks to rent per weekend or midweek. Please contact us and we will see what we can do for you!
During the other weeks the changeover day is Saturday! (I could not process this in the system)
