This lovely detached house is located in the quaint village of Trausse-Minervois, at the foot of the Montagne Noir. The nature right next to the villa puts you in a lovely holiday mood, with the house's heated pool and terraces providing the relaxation you deserve.

General:

This villa situated against a hillside has tasteful and practical furnishings and cosy south-facing terrace with swimming pool. The house is situated on the edge of the village "Trausse-Minervois, with pleasant views from the living room and the north side. Lovely for walking, cycling or relaxing by the private pool. There are plenty of places of interest and several excursions in the area.

Interior:

This house has a spacious living room with views on the north side and French doors to the covered terrace and swimming pool on the south side. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, and microwave and washing machine. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed (180×200) and one bedroom has two single beds (90×200). The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and double sink. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.

Outside the house:

On the south side of the house is a cosy covered terrace (also ideal for spring and autumn) with a cosy dining table where you can enjoy a delicious glass of local wine. A small staircase leads to the swimming pool adjacent to the covered terrace. There are plenty of sun loungers and enough space to park your car in the grounds of the villa.
