The house
Cosy family holiday villa for 8 people in a small village in Aude among the vineyards.
Located at between Narbonne (25km) and Carcassonne (35km)
The villa is fully enclosed with landscaped garden, and ample parking space
The property has a private swimming pool of 4mx10m with built-in jacuzzi, an outdoor solar shower garden furniture, and gas bbq.
There is also an outdoor kitchen, terrace and a smaller terrace under the olive trees.
The house has an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric fire, senseo, kettle, coffee maker, oven, etc.
In the storage room (garage) there is an American fridge with ice machine and a washing machine.
There is also the dining room, bathroom and lounge. In the veranda there are games, books and tourist information available,
There is TV vlaanderen and free Wifi.
3 bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with 2 double beds.
Bed, bath and kitchen linen are sufficiently present.
There are 4 bicycles available.
In the village there is a small shop where the necessary things are available, furthermore there is a Utile department store in Homps (3km) a Geant department store in Olonzac (5km) and numerous large shops in Lézignan-Corbières (8km)
The rent is 1400€ per week plus 300€ deposit.
We only rent in the months of July and August.
Pets are not allowed.

Wij hebben een hele fijne week gehad in dit prachtige huis in Tourouzelle.
Niet alleen het huis maar ook de omgeving is mooi. Echt een aanrader!
Restaurants, food & wine
There are several wineries in the village where you can taste and buy. Restaurants can be found in the neighbouring villages. In Tourouzelle there is a small shop where you can find the bare necessities, some days they make a meal and pizza.
Activities
Tourouzelle is located in the Aude department and in the Occitanie region. Nearby are the historic cities of Carcassonne, Narbonne Minerve etc... The house is in a small neighbourhood with about 15 houses, very quiet. In almost every village there is a marked walk. A few metres from the house there is a small playground, tennis, football and basketball square. In Homps (3km) there is a lake, Lac de Jouarres where you can swim; rental of canoes, paddles, pedal boats etc, the property is bordered by olive trees, vineyards and pine trees. The Canal du Midi is also not far away, here you can take a boat trip. Everything can be found on the Aude touristique site.
