Comfortable open-plan kitchen, living & dining room, spacious & bright, TV satellite box many channels.
There is a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed & on bathroom & toilet.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, 1 with 3 single beds. 1 child-bed. The bathroom has two wash-basins, bath/shower; there is a separate WC.
There is free parking next to the house for é or 3 cars, heated salt water swimming pool shared with the owners and a BBQ and garden furniture.

Le lieu est tout simplement paradisiaque et July, la meilleure hôtesse que lui puisse imaginer.
S'il y avait un petit bémol à exprimer, je dirais que le mobilier du salon est un peu dépassé, le canapé et les fauteuils en cuir à la fois trop bas pour s'y sentir confortables et surtout une matière bien trop colante (avec la transpiration), dès lors qu'il fait chaud. Une barre-son sur le poste TV serait également le bienvenu et le tout serait parfait, avec une vue et un calme déjà au Top de la sérénité en pleine nature.

Chalabre & Mirepoix (historic bastide with superb market in its arcaded square) are within 20 minutes drive. Lakes within short car ride of 20 mins. Boat hire, bike and horse hire available near to lakes. Local activities and restaurants by the lakes. Various attractions for children and teenagers.

Sheets can be rented for 9 euros p.p. & towels 5€.
Beach towels and kitchen towels must be brought by the renter.
The final cleaning is optional and costs 60 €.
Outside July and August it is possible to rent 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom for 6 people. Ask us about the possibilities.
If you stay longer than 1 week, there is a 10% discount on the second week.
Christmas break:
In the Christmas holidays, stay of 1 week costs 1000.00 €
the Christmas or New Year's weekend costs € 500 for 2 nights.
Outside the high season the arrival and departure day is flexible.
