Located in nice, typical village, the villa is only 10 minutes away from a large supermarket. The beach is also relatively close, and there is a small lake 10 min away. The living room (44m²) and the fully equipped open-plan kitchen open onto the covered terrace through sliding doors. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (140X190), is on the ground floor and has patio doors to the terrace and pool. Next to this bedroom there is a bathroom with shower, double sink and there is a guest toilet in the corridor. The other two bedrooms with double beds (140x190) are on the first floor. There is also a second bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and a WC on this floor. The covered terrace offers ample space for the dining table. Directly connected is the lovely terrace and the heated swimming pool (4x8) with steps. The pool is surrounded by a modern, attractively landscaped garden. Of course, there is a BBQ and you can park your car at the house on its own enclosed property.
