The house
Furnishing:
The living room (40m²) and fully equipped open-plan kitchen open onto the covered terrace through sliding doors. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two single beds (90×200 box spring coupled together), one of which has patio doors to the garden. The third bedroom also has two single beds (90×200, box spring coupled) and a private shower with washbasin. The bathroom has a bathtub, walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. There is a second toilet in the hallway
Outside the house:
The covered terrace offers ample space for the dining table. A wide staircase leads to the lower terrace and the garden with the swimming pool (heated 4×8). The garden is very naturally landscaped with Mediterranean plants that really give you the feeling of being in the south. The views complete the picture. From the villa you can easily walk or cycle through these beautiful rolling landscapes. Of course, there is a BBQ and you can park your car at the house.
From 2025, there is a charging station for the electric car.

This new single-storey villa has the living room (air conditioning) with open kitchen opening onto the covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool with its terrace. Located in a wooded area and facing south, the villa is only 7 min away from a large supermarket and in that same village (Olonzac) are other shops and a nice, weekly market on Tuesdays. The beach is also relatively close, there is a lake 10 min away and of course this region has many places of interest. Staying in this villa makes your holiday the real deal.
