Pouzols-Minervois is a cosy village. The villa is located on the edge of a quiet village. Lake Jouarres is a 10-minute drive away for water sports and the Mediterranean is relatively close by. There are many places of interest to visit in the immediate vicinity. In the evening, you can relax in the spa or enjoy a delicious meal prepared on the barbecue.

The large living room (103 m²) with open kitchen has French doors to the covered terrace and swimming pool. In the kitchen there is a Nespresso machine and 2 fridges, one with freezer and ice maker. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room. On one side of the house is a bedroom with a 160X200 bed with a private bathroom with sink, shower and toilet and a door to the outside. A corridor leads to the other side of the house where you will find a separate toilet, 3 other large bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, double sink and bathtub. One bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200). Another bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) and the last bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200).

You will be completely charmed by the exterior of the house. The large field offers sports lovers outdoor games and balls on the lawn. The swimming pool (5X11m) invites to dive, swim and play with the family. Next to the pool, large terraces to enjoy the sun and a wellness area with shower and large Jacuzzi. The terraces provide space for garden furniture and sunbathing for all holidaymakers. The summer kitchen with its plancha, its stone barbecue and fridge complete the picture and let you enjoy it to the end of the evening. The entire property is fenced.
