This cosy single-storey villa with its beautiful garden, its swimming pool and its lovely views will make you feel completely at home during your holiday. The villa is located in a quiet area and offers an excellent starting point for beautiful walks. There are also many activities to do nearby: Cité de Carcassonne, Écluse de Fonséranes, abbaye de Fontroide or a nice day at the beach (45 min drive). The Tuesday morning market in Olonzac (5 min) with local products is very popular and the atmosphere will tempt you.

Interior:
The living room overlooks the beautiful garden with the swimming pool and views over the valley. The kitchen, located next to the living room, is fully equipped. There are 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a bed of 2X90X190 box springs. The second bedroom has 2 x single bed 80X190 with comfort mattresses. The bathroom has a spacious washbasin with closet space and shower. There is a separate toilet in the hallway. The villa has air conditioning in the kitchen, living room and 1 bedroom.
Outside:
Adjacent to the living room is the main terrace with the dining table and views over the area. A few steps lead down to the swimming pool, barbecue and sun loungers where you can relax. The villa and its location offer plenty of atmosphere and privacy. Around the house you will find pine, olive and fig trees and various shrubs with flowers. There are several cosy seating areas where you can enjoy the French sun at any time of day. There is a large supermarket and petrol station 5 minutes away by car. There are also several shops (bakery, florist, bank, restaurants). You will be at the beach in no time (about 45 min) or enjoying nature in the nearby mountains.
Parking for the car is on the private property. The entire property is closed and accessible via a driveway with access gate
