Villa Crinou

Located in a calm, wooded area, this pleasant and completely renovated villa for 6 people is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The heated swimming pool with its spacious terrace, the views and the covered terrace allow you to enjoy southern French life until late in the evening. The villa is also an excellent starting point for the many attractions this region has to offer. This villa has a tastefully furnished living room, nicely decorated bedrooms and nice large terrace around the pool. 7 minutes away by car there is a large supermarket and other shops. In the same village there is a large regional weekly market on Tuesdays. You can walk from the villa in the nearby nature. The beach is relatively close by and there is a lake about 10 minutes' drive away. The living room (30m²) and the fully equipped open kitchen (9m²) are attractively furnished and have air conditioning. There are two bedrooms on the left side of the house, one of which has a double bed (160x200) and the other two single beds (90x200). The third bedroom is on the right side of the house, slightly more spacious and overlooking the terrace. Here, too, a double bed (160x200). The bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink is practical and modern. There is a guest toilet next to the front door. Adjacent to the living room is the covered terrace with dining table and views. Directly connected to it is the large terrace with heated pool (4x8). Around the pool is ample space for sun loungers and again the beautiful views. The house is surrounded by the garden and the whole gives you a wonderful feeling of freedom. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. Parking is located at the front of the house on its own grounds.
