Adjacent to the living room is the main terrace with the dining table and views over the region. At the back of the house is a second terrace so you always have a place to relax. A few steps lead down to the pool terrace where there are plenty of possibilities to place the sunbeds to your liking. The pool (8x4) has steps and a summer blanket. It is surrounded by a Mediterranean-style garden. There is of course an electric table BBQ at your disposal. Parking for the car is on the premises on the private driveway.

The attractively furnished living room (30m²) and the fully equipped open-plan kitchen are connected to the main terrace by French doors. The house has air conditioning. There are two bedrooms. The bedrooms have two single beds, box spring, (90x200) and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a vanity unit, spacious shower and toilet.The swimming pool with walk-in stairs is located directly to the terrace making it very accessible. The well-kept house, the cosiness, the feeling of freedom and, of course, the sunny weather of the south make sure you will have a great holiday here.

This villa located in the beautiful landscape of the 'Minervois' has a cosy and practical interior and will offer you all the comfort you ask for as a holidaymaker. The villa has an attractive garden and offers privacy. 7 minutes away by car is a larger village (Olonzac) with a supermarket, bars, restaurants and other shops. There is also a large, weekly, traditional market here on Tuesdays. 10 min away there is a small lake (Lac-de-Jouarres) where you can swim, surf and do other activities or just sunbathe. There are plenty of nice trips in the vicinity and the beach is 40min away by car. You can walk straight from the villa into the countryside.
