Indeed, the property is located in the middle of France's largest wine regions, the most famous being: Corbières, Minervois, Razès, Limoux (Blanquette de Limoux), Malpère and Cabardès. Furthermore, you can enjoy the many local delicacies, such as cassoulet, foie gras, magret de canard, truffles, or something sweeter like the nougat of Limoux. To discover and taste all these things, there are daily nice markets (e.g.: market in the medieval town of Mirepoix), as well as seasonal markets like the truffle markets during the winter months, 'Toques et Clochers' in spring (for discovering the Blanquette de Limoux), etc.
