Villa Les Petits Oliviers

On the edge of a typical French village lies this beautiful 6-person villa equipped with all modern conveniences. The spacious Mediterranean garden, summer kitchen and large swimming pool make this place a wonderful holiday destination. Looking out over the pool and vineyards with a glass of local wine completes the picture. From the villa, you look directly out over the spacious pool and vineyards. The various spacious covered terraces and the veranda ensure that at any time of day you have a nice place to do your meals, to relax, to read a good book or to have pleasant conversations about all the beauty this beautiful region has to offer. The village has a few small shops (bakery, post office, Tabac, restaurants and bar). Five minutes away by car is a larger village (Saint-Marcel-sur-Aude) with supermarkets and other shops. The beach is relatively close and there are many places of interest in the vicinity. Entering the villa, you will find the spacious and tastefully decorated air-conditioned living room and dining room. This has French doors to the terrace and to the veranda where you can enjoy a delicious French breakfast in the morning. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed of 140x190 as well as a shower and toilet. From this bedroom, patio doors open onto the spacious terrace at the front of the villa. The second bedroom has a double bed of 140x190 and the third bedroom has a double bed of 90x200. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and double sink. There is a guest WC in the hallway. The living room opens onto the large terrace, a large part of which is covered. From here you overlook the landscaped garden, the swimming pool and the vineyards. A small path leads to the second spacious terrace around the pool (5X8) and the summer kitchen. Here you can relax on the sun beds. You can enjoy the peace and quiet, the space and the lovely French sun. You can park your car on the private property in front of the villa.
