This villa located on the outskirts of the village of Escales will offer you all the confort you ask for as a holidaymaker. From the villa and the covered terrace you overlook the heated pool and the wine region from the Minervois to the Montagne Noir. Many places of interest are a short distance from this property and it is great to come back and relax at this villa after a day out.

Furnishings:

The living room (40M2) and open-plan kitchen (9M2) open onto French doors onto the covered terrace and garden. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 Bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with bath, shower wc and washbasin. The other bedroom also has a double bed (160X200). The second bathroom has a shower, wc and washbasin. The washing machine is located in this bathroom.

Outside the house:

The living room opens onto the covered terrace and the simple but peaceful garden where a nice space has been created for sunbeds with, of course, a BBQ at your disposal. Here you can enjoy the peace and space of the views over the heated pool (4X6.50) and the rolling countryside. You can park your car on the private property.
