Simply enjoy a glass of AOC blanquette in Limoux or a Malepère wine. The village of Donazac is surrounded by green hills and vineyards where you can take lovely walks and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. On site, young and old alike will appreciate the beautiful private pool with Roman steps, ideal for cooling off during the summer months. To relax around the pool, sunbeds and garden furniture are at your disposal to appreciate the peace and tranquillity of the surroundings while enjoying the "Farniente". The sunny terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The villa has zier veer spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom and toilet, a spacious and cosy lounge, a nice dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen with cooking island, a laundry room with an extra fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer and a very large terrace of more than 130m² including a covered area for outdoor dining.
