Villa Pin parasol

This villa, decorated with great taste and ambiance, is located in a village with at walking distance the local shops to get fresh baguettes in the morning from the real baker. The space around the house gives a wonderful feeling of freedom and the Mediterranean garden with plenty of flowering oleanders gives a southern French feeling. Of course, this beautiful villa has a private pool with spacious terraces. The living room (40m²) has French doors to the covered terrace and of course the open kitchen (12m²) is fully equipped. There is a guest toilet in the hallway. The storage room contains the washing machine, tumble dryer and other amenities. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and a private bathroom with washbasin, shower, bathtub and toilet. The other two bedrooms share a separate bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet. One bedroom has two single beds (90x200) and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (2x90x200). Sitting under the spacious covered terrace, you overlook the private swimming pool (5x10) with walk-in steps and the Mediterranean garden. There is a large playing field for children right next to the pool where they can play football, badminton or other activities. There is an outdoor table tennis table in the garage. Coming back from a lovely walk through the fantastic surroundings, or a nice authentic sightseeing, or a day at the beach, it is great to relax with a glass of local wine, a well-fried steak on the BBQ by your own private pool. You can park your car at the house on its own property.
