The house
Welcome to our spacious and luxurious property! The 5 x 10 metre heated pool is the perfect spot to enjoy with your extended family or group of friends. With five bedrooms, and an additional two bedrooms in a separate cottage, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.
The main house features two sitting rooms and two kitchens, making it ideal for larger groups who want to spend time together while still having their own space. If you're feeling competitive, you can challenge your friends to a game of snooker in our games room.
In addition to the main house, we also offer a cosy cottage that is only available with the rental of the house, when there are more than 10 guests. The cottage features two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a sitting area, making it perfect for those who want a little extra privacy.
Our outdoor dining table and barbecue are perfect for al fresco meals, or a relaxing drink, and you'll love the peaceful views over the surrounding countryside. Plus, we're just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Lake de l'Escourou. The charming towns of Eymet and Duras, as well as other bastide towns, are also close by.

Bergerac Airport is just 29 minutes away and Bordeaux Merignac Airport is 1 h 25 mins. The property is located only one kilometre from the charming village of Soumensac. There is a Marché Gourmand (Gourmet Market) held every Sunday from the beginning of July to the beginning of September. The town of Eymet is 6 kms away, Allemans-du-Dropt is 7 kms away, Miramont-de-Guyenne is 10 kms and Duras is 11 kms. St Emilion is 50 kms away.
The beautiful Lake de l'Escourou is a four minute drive away. It has a good walking track around the perimeter and it is possible to rent a canoe to paddle on it.
