La Fleur de Savignac - 1 bd

Set in the charming countryside of Lot-et-Garonne, our one bedroom gite is one of three houses on a property of 2.4 hectares, La Fleur de Savignac. Dating from 1706, with thick stone walls which insulate from the heat of the day, the gite is a spacious and comfortable one bedroom dwelling, with a living room and bathroom. Old fashioned charm is combined with contemporary comfort. There is a double bed and a baby cot in the bedroom, plus a fold out couch in the living room ,which could sleep an adult or an older child.
The small kitchen has a gas cook top, microwave/grill and fridge. Kitchen equipment includes a Nespresso machine and a cafeiére French press coffee maker. There is high speed Fibre Optic Wifi, a Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker which can operate from your device.
You can relax by the 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, or enjoy a barbecue or game of petanque. If you have a child, they may enjoy the swings, saying "hi" to the cows in the next field, and walks along the quiet country lane.
La Fleur de Savignac is located three kilometres from the historic town of Duras - you will glimpse the 13th century chateau in the distance. The town of Eymet is 20 minutes drive, St Emilion and Bergerac about 45 minutes and Bordeaux 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Shops, including a bakery and a butcher's shop, supermarkets, good restaurants, and excellent markets are all in close proximity. In the region you can go kayaking, horse-riding, walking, cycling, golfing, ballooning, and visit chateaux and wineries, among other activities.
Please note - La Fleur Gite 1 can be rented together with La Fleur Gite 2 which accommodates an additional six guests. There is a 10% discount for booking both properties together - please ask.
