Le Tonnelier de Boulède

Le Tonnelier is a wonderfully spacious, atmospheric holiday home, and one of the 5 holiday homes on Boulede. The gite is very suitable for a large family and/or a joint holiday with relatives, befriended families, etc. Very large, with plenty of bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and therefore super-relaxing as a joint family holiday home or holiday home for friends. In addition, plenty of privacy around the house due to the intimate garden that comes with the house, and a beautiful view of Monflanquin the village on its hill at 2 km from Boulède.

Everyone is welcome ! Holiday home which is also accessible to disabled guests (and has therefore been checked and qualified with the official government label Tourisme & Handicap).

Moreover, Le Tonnelier is a house for really everyone, because it is very accessible because all living spaces except one bedroom are on the ground floor. So big and small, young and old, and possibly disabled guests. There are just as in our other house La Bouchonnière (6 people) adaptations realised to ensure optimal comfort for disabled guests. Spacious passageways to 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen and outside. And the necessary adjustments and/or aids in the bathroom with toilet (correct height of WC, washbasin, brackets in shower room, at the W.C.), no obstacles, steps, thresholds or the like.

The layout of the house is as follows:

1. Kitchen and living room
A very large, and bright living room overlooking the open kitchen with the door leading to the veranda (covered terrace) and garden. A room also equipped with French doors leading to a large gravel terrace. For winter, a fireplace and central heating.

2. Bedrooms, a total of 5 bedrooms for 2 people
On the north side of the house there are 3 double bedrooms. One room with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. Two of these three rooms are accessible and spacious enough for wheelchair-bound guests (e.g. renting a high/low bed is possible).

On the south side is 1 double bedroom with a double bed.

The 5th bedroom is for 2 persons with two single beds.

3. Bathrooms
There are 2 bathrooms in this holiday home, both with shower, toilet and washbasin. One of these two bathrooms is also adapted for wheelchair-bound guests (walk-in/ride-in shower, high toilet, support brackets in shower and at toilet, mobile shower chair is present).

The second bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet (and is adjacent to the corridor where two bedrooms are also located).

There is one separate toilet right next to the first bathroom, adjacent to the same hallway.

Le Forgeron and Le Menuisier are semi-detached houses, Le Tonnelier, La Bouchonniere (6p) and Le Vigneron are semi-detached houses. However, they have a lot of privacy because the houses are 1. nice and spacious and 2. entrances/terraces/verandas are positioned in such a way in relation to each other that it looks like you have a detached holiday home!
