In the beautiful Lot-et-Garonne just south of the Dordogne, 2 holiday homes hidden in the greenery. Ideal for holidays with several families (up to 16 p). There is plenty of space to do things together and yet there is also enough privacy for everyone. In the summer months of July and August, the houses are only rented together! Outside the months of July and August, either 'maison d'Isabel' or the whole with the 2 holiday homes is rented out, guaranteeing complete privacy.

The houses are located in a 1.7-hectare estate, completely surrounded by greenery, and yet only a few km from a village (Castillonnès) with a supermarket, shops, cafés, restaurants,... On the estate, young and old can have fun in the large swimming pool, on the volleyball court, at the ping-pong or pool table, the petanque court, the football pitch or on the swing, or ... with a book or the ipad under a tree. From 2025, the pool will be heated (ideal in the run-up to the season (spring) and in autumn).
The pool house, built in 2023, with a large lounge area, a fridge and an outdoor kitchen near the pool, invites you to enjoy delicious aperitif moments together! Extra large terrace with enough furniture to eat together near the outdoor kitchen. There is also a herb garden with fresh herbs near the outdoor kitchen.
A game of petanque is also no problem with the newly built petanque court. In the barn next to the petanque court, entertainment continues at the pool table. Something for everyone!

Maison d'Isabel (8-10p) and Maison d'amis (4-6p) are 2 natural stone holiday homes, equipped with every comfort. We have taken great care to furnish the houses tastefully and practically. Each house has a well-equipped kitchen, living room with large stove, covered terrace, barbecue, lounge chairs outside, free wifi. In total, the houses have 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (4 of which are en-suite to the bedroom). There is central heating in each house. Your beds are made on arrival, bath and kitchen linen is provided. Free fibre/glass fibre internet and wifi keeps you in touch with the world.

The "Maison d'Isabel" (8-10 people from 2024):
Maison d'Isabel was completely renovated and extended in 2024 with a large dining area (in the orangerie) and a second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet.

- The kitchen of 'Maison d'Isabel' is very fully equipped and was completely renovated in spring 2024: large cooking island, Siemens kitchen appliances, wine fridge, large American fridge and freezer. Kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates, glasses and cutlery for 16 people. Besides a regular coffee machine with filters, there is also a Delonghi espresso machine Magnifica S for delicious espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato,... Blender, kitchen robot, ...
- A large sitting area with flat-screen smart TV
- At the large dining table in the orangery (28m2) you can all dine together. The large sliding windows give an indoor/outdoor feeling and are fitted with sunproof sliding panels.
- There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Along the kitchen of 'Maison d'Isabel' is another covered terrace, equipped with table and chairs and a cosy large lounge sofa.
The orangery and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have air conditioning. The north-facing bedroom stays nice and cool without air conditioning.

The "maison d'amis" (4-6 people):
- renovated stone farmhouse of 140 m2, built in typical Périgord style, with pigeonnier.
- 2 bedrooms + mezzanine:
spacious bedroom (25 m2) with large double bed (1.60 x 2 m), en-suite bathroom with washbasin, large brand new walk-in shower and toilet.

- The terrace alongside the kitchen has a pergola with garden furniture in tropical hardwood for 6.
- On the south-east side is an additional covered terrace with 2 comfortable lounge chairs, where it is lovely to sit in the morning sun with a cup of coffee, for example.

If the group is larger than 14 people, there are 2 more single beds available. Maximum number of persons: 16

In July and August rentals are per week, outside this period you can also rent for a long weekend, midweek or 10 days.
