The house
Arnotis is a beautifully restored 18th century farmhouse on 12.5 acres of private grounds.
The farm is situated on the banks of the River Lot, about 20 meters from the water. There is a private pier with a private boat including engine. So a true paradise for fishing- and watersports lovers . The farm has a wonderful river view.
The living area is on the ground floor, the attic was once used to dry tobacco, but is no longer in use.
The format is as follows, the kitchen with access to a covered terrace, living room with access to another covered terrace, which is connected to the sun terrace and large swimming pool, 2 double rooms with separate toilet and bathroom overlooking the garden and pool, a large hallway with access to two ensuite double rooms, one with access to a terrace overlooking the river and the other with a garden view.

Arnotis is located in the province of Lot et Garonne (famous for its rolling character and atmosphere).
In July and August evenings you can get acquainted with the local cuisine while eating at large tables in the squares in nearby towns.
Places in the immediate vicinity, Ste. Livrade (large Friday morning market), Villeneuve sur Lot (Saturday morning market) and little further Agen, Cahors, Duras and Bergerac.

There are a large number of restaurants in the area, including "a la ferme" with regional products.
The wine regions of Bordeaux (including St Emilion), Duras, Cahors and Buzet are less than one hour away.
Activities
Arnotis situated on the River Lot, so everything which has to do with fishing- and watersports is possible. There is a private pier with a private boat including engine (this is included).
You can also play golf in the immediate vicinity (18-hole golf course in Castelnaud and 9-hole golf course in Tombeboeuf, both about 15 min. away), cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking and visit medieval fortress towns.
