The house
In 2012, we renovated our old barn into a cosy studio.
The studio is designed for romantic couples or young families with a baby up to 2 years old.
You have one open space with equipped kitchen, small table, sofa, double bed 160x200 and baby cot. There is a separate bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
In addition, you have the same possibilities as our guests from the chambres d'hôtes. Enjoying together in our bar and game room, using the covered terrace, swimming pool and garden.
For breakfast, bread can be delivered to the house. The pool is shared with our guests from the rooms and gîte Lencouet. There is free Wi-Fi.
The studio is at the front of our house and is 35 m2.
Pets are not allowed.

Le lieu dit "Lencouet" consists of a few houses surrounded by fields, orchards, vineyards and woods through which flows the little stream "Le Galeau". Each season, the splendour of nature's colours can be enjoyed: cherry blossom, apple and walnut trees in spring. At the beginning of summer, you can look forward to the sunflowers opening their buds.
Autumn is the most beautiful time of the year, when you can still enjoy wonderful sunny days while the leaves change into their most beautiful colours.
In our little village Feugarolles we go and get fresh bread every day. Just outside the village is the "Canal lateral", a part of the famous "Canal du Midi" or the "Canal des Deux Mers".

Restaurants, food & wine
Near Lencouet you have Chateau De Salles, they grow their own wine, you can just ring the bell to have a taste.
Further on in Buzet you have the cooperative where you can taste all the wines of the region.
Tastings at different wine houses can be organised by us.
Nice and cosy restaurants can be found especially in Vianne, Barbaste and Nérac, we would like to introduce some of them to you.
The local supermarkets (Super U, Intermarché...) also offer a wide range of delicious local dishes and fresh fish is available almost daily.
On Sunday morning, during the season, fresh oysters are available on the square in Lavardac. On Wednesday morning there is a market in Lavardac and on Saturday in Nérac.
Since the summer of 2016 we have expanded our garden house into a bar and games room. A cosy place where all our guests can get together for a drink and for the children a neutral place to play together. As this concept was very successful, we also decided to organise regular theme evenings to which all our guests are invited.
Activities
During the summer months we regularly organise theme evenings (BBQ, paella, wine tasting) for all our guests.
Recently, we have also created a centrally located bar-games room where children and adults can sit together.
Furthermore, you can relax in our large garden with heated pool or explore the many marked walking and cycling routes. The Canal du Midi is at 4 km, great for a boat trip. Also nearby is Buzet wine tasting, amusement park with tree climbing, paint-ball, canoeing, a Walibi park in Agen, thermal baths in Casteljaloux. Also ideal for golfers with several courses, one of which is only 8 km away.
We are also centrally located for a city visit to Bordeaux or Toulouse.

Met plezier een week verbleven in deze prima studio. Veel informatie aanwezig over de omgeving. Dagje Bordeaux of Toulouse is goed te doen. Brigitte en Joeri zijn gastvrije mensen die voor je klaar staan. Rustige omgeving, lekker wandelen, elke dag herten gezien. Lekkere restaurantjes op enkele kilometers afstand.
