In Lot et Garonne just below the Dordogne about 1100 km from Utrecht, this luxury detached holiday home for 2 to 8 people with private heated pool is located on 1.1 hectares.
With our special concept, due to dog allergy, only an Australian Labradoodle is allowed, of course guests without pets are also welcome. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Description:
Detached holiday home for 2 to 8 people, on a plot of 1.1 hectares. Half of the plot approx 5,000 m2 is fully fenced 1m 20 high. The remaining part consists of a private forest that continues into a private forest where you can walk ca 2.5 km freely.
Swimming pool: completely private pool (option to heat) of 10 m by 5 m, with automatic roller shutter, shower and lighting. The adjoining terrace offers 8 adjustable sun loungers and parasols. The pool can be closed with a roller cover for safety reasons. The pool is checked and maintained weekly by a professional company.
House layout:
In our house, all rooms have air conditioning and heating. 4 bedrooms including: 3 bedrooms with a double bed (1.60 by 2.00 m and 1.80 by 2.00 m and 1.80 by 2.10 m) and 1 room 3 single beds (90 by 2.00) a toddler bed and cot are available. The beds are made on arrival. (Pillows and various duvets available) sufficient closet space in the bedrooms. This house also has a spacious loft where another bed is but where children can play well
Bathrooms:
2 Bathrooms with shower and vanity and toilet. 1 Bathroom without toilet, but with a separate toilet outside the bathroom. Towels, flannels and beach towel per person are provided on arrival.
Laundry room:
With washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Kitchen equipped with: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, orange squeezer, blender and blender, everything else 12 deling tableware, more than enough pans, dishes, glasses etc.
Kitchen towels, cleaning cloths provided.
Living room:
spacious corner sofa, and chairs for 8, TV, wifi, bookcase and games cabinet, wood-burning stove. In the basement: a children's corner with lego, books, toys.
