The house
An old Tollhouse completely renovated. The cosy living room flows into the (indoor) kitchen (there is also a complete outdoor kitchen) with everything provided. A cupboard with the necessary utensils for the kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs is a large bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet. There is also access to a balcony and stairs to the garden. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and also a private bathroom with toilet.

Restaurants, food & wine
Exceptionally good food in nearby villages for relatively little money. Menu 3 courses of fresh produce cost between 16-18 eur, often still with a glass of wine and/or coffee.
A lot of wine is grown in the area. Good restaurant but also many producers of local products. In the months of july and august there are evening markets to eat with music.
Activities
The house is right next to the Lot river where there is excellent fishing. There is a lot of catfish, carp and other types of fish. The jetties on private property are only a few metres from the house.
Many cycling and walking routes have been mapped out in the area. Electric bikes are available for a fee.
Pretty little villages, where delicious food can be had.
We have a small 3.5-metre boat and a large 8-metre boat for hire.
Larger towns like Villeneuve, Agen 20 min. Bordeaux 1 hour.

Further remarks
In this unique place of peace and quiet, right by the beautiful Lot river, you will not be short of anything. The outdoor kitchen is huge with a beautiful outdoor kitchen with all the trimmings. This terrace runs into a wooden terrace with the (saltwater) pool attached.
