The house
Spacious former farmhouse in parkland setting with large salon, kitchen and three large bedrooms. Furnished in a traditional but comfortable style, this 300 year-old property has charm with all modern comforts. The gite is fully equipped with all the usual labour-saving devices. All bedding, towels, soap, and shampoo are provided. Additional towels for poolside lounging and drying off after a dip in the pool are provided. Your hosts will be on hand but discreetly out of sight to do their best to ensure that all reasonable demands for your comfort are met. A welcome pack is supplied of essentials, such as tea, coffee, wine, etc
Background heating is provided for cooler days in Spring, Autumn and Winter to ensure your comfort.. There is also a woodburner (wood extra).

Agnac sits between the touristic Dordogne region, and the beautiful hills, countryside, and river valleys of Lot et Garonne. There are many chateaux, caves, lakes, 'beaux villages', bastide towns and quaint villages to explore, within easy reach by car.
