Eleonore and Bernard will be delighted to welcome you to their renovated 19th-century farmhouse.
The accommodation
Charming 3-star house, 50m2 with terrace, detached, fully renovated, ideal for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.
Terrace: table, chairs, sun loungers, parasol.
Bicycle facilities: We have a bicycle garage equipped with a plug for recharging electric bikes.
Large garden, fruit trees; direct access to the forest with animals and birds; a stone's throw from a river (Combade), 2 km from Lac de Sussac and its small beach.
Mobile phone/internet connections work well with the 4G network. There is currently no Wi-Fi in the accommodation.
Ground floor:
Living room: inglenook fireplace, wood-burning stove (firewood on request) and TV corner with wheat ray player, sound bar.
Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, pots and pans, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee, tea, etc.
Bathroom: shower cubicle, washbasin, WC, towel rail, hairdryer, towels, soap, shower gel.
On the first floor:

Stairs not suitable for very young children.

Les Renardières is a locality. The property consists of two independent longères; we live in the first, the second is entirely at your disposal. There are no other neighbours.
This former rural residence, located in the heart of the Limousin low mountains in the Millevaches Regional Nature Park, is the ideal place to escape the urban environment and enjoy the simple pleasure of observing nature.
The house is halfway up the hill, surrounded by forest and meadows, with a beautiful view of Mont Gargan (731 m), a listed monument and natural site, and a major site of the French Resistance.

Important information for travellers with children: our accommodation is not suitable for very young children due to the staircase leading to the first floor.
Pets are welcome, but only on the ground floor. Pets are not allowed in the bedroom.
