The property is located in a large garden, ideal for children to play safely. A kiwi plantation surrounds part of the property and the neighbour is an organic farmer .
The Garonne river passes behind the village, providing nice walks and the opportunity to fish and picnic. The canal is on the edge of the valley with its small ports and boats passing, navigating through to the midi.

Activities
We are located 1 hour driving time south of Bordeaux. The region has much to see; The famous wine regions of St Emilion, Sauternes and the Grave are close .
The Atlantic coast is a fun day out with the high sand dune "de Pyla " and the bay of Arcachon with its water park at Gujan-Mestras.
We have a selection of bikes that can be rented and there is a great cycle path along the nearby canal and fun rides near the river Garonne.

On the property there is a second, similar gîte. Each house is similar in style and size, so they are ideal for families wanting holiday accommodation
with the use of a pool. Both houses have two bedrooms and two bathrooms ,a comfortable lounge with TV ,DVD and WIFI.
