The cottage is picturesquely situated on a southern hill surrounded by a beautiful scenery. From the north it is sheltered by the hill, covered with trees. The size of the property is around 18,000 m2.
Here you can enjoy, in all privacy, this little paradise while being only 1,2 km away from the centre of Villefranche du Périgord.
There is ample opportunity to walk through the woodlands and explore the countryside by bike.

In Villefranche du Périgord you will find a variety of shops like bakeries, a butcher, some super markets and a hardware store. There are three restaurants where you will enjoy local dishes.
There is a health centre and a pharmacy.

For extensive shopping - within close proximity - you can go to the hypermarchés in Fumel and Siorac du Périgord.
The well-known tourist places like Monpazier, Domme, La Linde, Les Eyzies, Sarlat, Cahors, Perigeux, and Bergerac are worth paying a visit.
