Maison de la Fontaine our a newly developed barn situated on Domaine de Beauregard vineyard. The estate has 136 acres of land and woodlands which 32 acres are vines. The vines are planted on the hillsides surround the property private winery. Within the grounds of the Vineyard is Maison de la Fontaine. A luxury barn conversion that can accommodate 10+ people, each bedroom is ensuite, heated pool, air conditioning, wonderful indoor and outdoor kitchen.

Maison de la Fontaine is situated within the grounds of our vineyard Domaine de Beauregard. As a newly developed barn you can be ensured that everything has been thought of to make sure the property is ready for you to enjoy. Your nearest neighbour is 200m away giving you all the privacy you need. The house is located 3km from the village of Villefranche de Lonchat. in the village you will find 3 restaurants, bakery/minimart, epicerie and pharmacy.

A 10 it is! We had a wonderful time staying at Maison de la Fontaine. On arrival we found some groceries in the refridgerator and some bottles of wine on the table as a welcome. Great hospitality! The house offers 100% privacy and is spacious and very well equipped in every sense. From a seemingly unending amount of fresh bath towels to an overwhelmingly complete and large kitchen. All bedrooms and en suites were spacious and quite luxurious and had perfect beds! The garden, the pool and the poolhouse with it's large table and built-in grill and barbecue guaranteed fun and relaxation. We would have loved to stay longer, but we'll definitely come back!

What a fabulous house/gite to stay in for a week ! It really does have the wow factor as soon as you step through the door with its galleried ceiling and wide open plan living with cool stone floor . This was truly a memorable holiday for us and are ever growing family . The pool was not only heated but ideal for our two baby grandchildren as the wide shallow step proved a great success and the outdoor eating area with bbq ect plus shower and toilet . The bedrooms were of good size and fabulous en-suites to all plus for us oldies we had the west wing as I called it , as whilst part of the house we had some peace and quiet when needed in the beautiful self contained annex part of the house which is also wheel chair friendly should anyone need it . We visited a vineyard for a wine tasting that Sasha and robin had organised for us and of course purchased a few cases to bring back ! Plus we visited saint emillion & villefranch du longchat too and the intermarché was only 15 minute drive away. We will definitely be coming back next year for two weeks . Sasha and robin were fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble x

What an incredible place! We were completely blown away by everything about the property and the hospitality of Sasha and Robin.
The most beautiful setting with stunning views and lots of privacy, spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds (super important!), a well equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and BBQs and an outdoor space that made us feel like we were living the high life!!
There really is a WOW factor when you arrive here.

Restaurants, food & wine
We are extremely lucky to have a wonderful restaurant within walking distance, here you can enjoy tapas and a glass of wine or stay for lunch or dinner.
Within the village we have 3 restaurants to choose and during the summer months there weekly night markets on a Friday where you can enjoy eating in the village square and experiencing local artisans food and wine.
Being on a vineyard you will be able to have a wine tasting with us and choose your wines for your holidays.
Activities
Wine Tasting on Site and information on all aspects of wine making as we are a working vineyard.
The property is on our 52 hectare estate so you can explore the forest, walk in the vines etc. There are bike paths and walking paths around the property and village.
Lac du Gurson. 3km away has a man made beach and is wonderful for days out. You can enjoy the beach, the free canoeing or kayaking, childrens playground, and cafes.
Activities: There are so many activities readily available in this area of the Dordogne including, golf, canoeing, Horse-riding, paint-balling, go karting, accrobranching , bowling etc etc. We will be of course on hand to help you (if needed) if any booking of such activities.
Bordeaux is an hour away, take a day to explore the streets of amazing boutiques, shops and wonderful restaurants.
St Emilion is 20 minutes away, where you find some of the most expensive wines of the world. It is also an UNESCO World Heritage site.

Maison de la Fontaine, is a new beautiful barn development.
There is a small self contained apartment with en-suite bedroom, and an open plan lounge, kitchen-diner and terrace area. This apartment is wheel chair accessible. The main barn has 4 ensuite bedrooms, large lounge, kitchen-diner and everything you need for an amazing holiday with us. The barn can be rented for 8 adults and if you have 10 adults in your party you can rent the apartment too. The property will only ever be rented to you as a whole, or the small apartment closed, to ensure you have total privacy. We can accommodate young children as extras please contact us to discuss this.
The main barn has an amazing gallery area that would be fabulous for Yoga or painting groups. Please contact me for more information.
