The house
Our beautifully situated gîte (3) consists of one large room of 38 m2 with private terrace. The gîte is completely furnished; there is a separate bathroom, a double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed. You can use our spacious garden and lovely swimming pool.
There is room for four people, a high chair and cot can be reserved for free.
The gite is perfectly insulated for the hot summers.
Built in 2006.
A linen package, consisting of bed linen and towels, can be ordered for € 12.50 per week (to be indicated per person on the rental contract).
There is the possibility to rent gite Rachelle and gite Jean-Pierre together, these are on the first floor, for a special price. On request please, these are our private gites.
Gite Jean-Pierre can be rented as an extra sleeping room for 150 euro per week.

La Barrière is situated in the Dordogne, in the valley of the five castles. Sarlat-la-Caneda, the heart of the Dordogne, is only 10 km away. From La Barrière you have a beautiful view of the 12th century Chateau de Beynac, a beautifully restored castle, which you can walk to in less than half an hour.
The Dordogne River is 2 km away, where you can go kayaking or take a boat trip.
Of course we gladly advise you about activities and sights in our beautiful surroundings!

You can use the swimming pool.
On our domain is an authentic bread oven that is used once a week to bake pizza for free.
We organise wine tastings of exclusively French wines from the 7 famous regions of France.
We also let you get acquainted with the famous Belgian Trappist beers.
Our wine and beer cellar is at your disposal.
Walking, cycling, canoeing and golfing, you can indulge in various activities.
