The house
Welcome to our cozy studio apartment, in the basement of our 150-year old home in Sarlat-la-Canéda. We live here since 2022 and we have fully renovated and refurnished the apartment, including a comfortable queen size boxspring bed. The apartment has a private entrance and a large garden with panoramic views over the city. We are at just 5 minutes driving or 15 minutes walking distance from the medieval city center and in close proximity of all sights and attractions in the Perigord noir.
The studio has a bright living-room with a sofa-bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The connected bedroom has a queen size boxspring bed with a comfortable matras. There is a bathroom with rain shower, a separate toilet and a private outdoor seating area. We have plenty of parking space in our garden. You can park your car in one of the shared parking spaces in the front garden, or right in front of your apartment.

Perfect place with every thing you need to relax, located in a beautiful medieval city. Very friendly and helpfull hosts with nice kids. The city centre is in 20 minutes walking distance, and famous touristic hotspots are in 20 minutes driving distance. Highly recommended if you want to explore the Périgord Noir.
