Lauzière

La Lauzière is a characteristic large holiday house for 10 to 12 people with a beautiful private swimming pool and stunning views over the hills. La Lauzière is located in the heart of the Périgord Noir between Terrasson and Montignac(Lascaux), 20 kilometres from Sarlat. Lauziere is a simple cottage with lots of charm. The owner loves brocante collections and this beautiful region.

Inside
On the ground floor is the living/dining room with beams, wooden floor, scullery and farmhouse kitchen with tiled floor and French doors to the garden. The sitting room is also on the ground floor and has wooden floors and French doors to the terrace. The kitchen has amenities such as a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is internet access available and satellite TV, CD and stereo system.

Bedrooms/bathrooms:
On the ground floor is the first bedroom with a twin bed (2 x 0.90) and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, bathtub and double sinks. There is a separate toilet. On the first floor is the open study with a single sofa/bed. A second bedroom with a twin bed (2 x 0.90), the third bedroom has three single beds, on the second floor is a bedroom with a 1.40 double bed and private bathroom (separate toilet) and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Cot available.

Outside
The private garden has lawns, a terrace and a nice private swimming pool (9 x 3) and table tennis. There is also garden furniture, a barbecue and plenty of parking.
