The main house (Les Indeaux):
Large, luxurious and cosy, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Thanks to the very thick outer walls, this kitchen stays cool in the summer whilst the wood stove keeps it nice and warm in the winter. Next to the kitchen there is a very spacious utility room with an extra sink, washing machine, extra fridge, freezer and toilet. First floor with comfortable sitting / dining room, wood-burning stove and beautiful views of Lusignac castle. For music lovers there is a stereo set with a turntable and a large collection of LPs, TV, DVD player + dozens of DVDs. This living room has direct access to a lovely terrace with lounge furniture.
On the same floor there is a luxurious very spacious bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00), en suite bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Also on this floor there is a loft / quiet sitting area.
Second floor: twin bedroom (90 x 2.00) and the possibility of placing an extra bed. A separate bathroom with sink, sink with shower and toilet.
In the extension (annex), connected to the kitchen/diner via a courtyard, is a third bedroom with two single beds (80 x 1.90 and 90 x 2.00).
Also in the extension there is a spacious and attractive double bedroom with loft (1.60 x 1.90), two single beds (80 x 1.90) and a separate laundry room with shower / toilet and washbasin.
The property:
The entire complex is located on a plot of approximately 10,000 m2 with terraces with garden furniture and sunbeds. A comfortable terrace with lounge set next to the sitting room (see above) on the 1st floor, a large terrace with a spacious pergola by the pool and two terraces directly next to the kitchen diner.
The swimming pool:
The dimensions are 5.5 x 11.5 m. The adjacent pool house with outside shower houses the necessary filters and is also equipped with a kitchen unit and a refrigerator.
The adjacent house (Petit Indeaux):
Adjacent to the main house is a second house, suitable for a maximum of 4. Both houses are connected whilst offering complete privacy. The ideal setup, for example, for several families on holiday together.
