The house
Santoneige is a spacious (150m2) holiday home newly built in 2018 in the typical "en pierre" style of the region. This super-luxurious holiday home is quietly located, has a large garden with a beautiful private heated swimming pool at the side of the house. Santoneige is only 2 km from a village with a restaurant and bakery. The beautiful town of Montignac is only a 5-minute drive away, where you will find cosy restaurants, terraces, supermarkets, etc.
Inside
Santoneige is furnished with great care and style, the living area is on the ground floor. If you are looking for something really special and want to surround yourself with luxury, then this really is the perfect holiday home for you! It has a spacious living/dining room with open-plan kitchen and cooking island. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. From the hallway, you can access the bedrooms each with their own walk-in closet and bathroom. There is one bedroom with a double bed of 180 x 200, the other bedroom has a double bed of 160 x 200. Ideal for 2 friends couples or a family with 2 children.

Entrance with driveway, large carport for 2 cars and a beautifully landscaped garden of about 2000m2. To the side of the house (next to the living room) is a nice private heated swimming pool and barbecue!

From Santoneige, it is only a five-minute drive to the centre of Montignac, where there are many good and cosy restaurants. You can also go fishing and canoeing on the Vézère river. Le Lardin is 2 km away and here too there are shops, cafés, restaurants and a tennis court. A little further, at Fossemagne, is a lake with a sandy beach. In Brive (26 km) you can go for golf lessons... or visit the prehistoric caves of Lascaux (near Montignac) and the atmospheric medieval town of Sarlat (20 km) with lively markets and fun summer festivals.
