Lesgrabous

This is enjoying the French countryside in an oasis of calm. Set in 3 hectares of grounds, this exclusive gite is an ideal combination for people who seek the silence but who also love the cosiness of the village nearby (Les Eyzies is super nice with its own weekly market, restaurants and terraces). Walk through the woods, sit under a tree or by the lovely private pool, enjoying a glass of local wine. And how about the hot tub? Enjoying the beautiful starry sky in the evening? Lesgrabous is safe for your children ánd your pets due to the huge garden surrounding the house.

Inside
Lesgrabous has recently been completely redecorated. The house has central heating and is equipped for up to 6 people with possibly 1 or 2 babies. There is 1 cot and a highchair available.

The living room is very tastefully decorated and has a large fireplace for the romantics among us. The kitchen is fully equipped, so if you want to prepare a nice meal you certainly can! On the first floor are 3 fully equipped bedrooms, all with box-spring beds 90 x 200 (can be joined together to form a double bed). There is 1 cot plus duvet. Good fans have been installed in the bedrooms for your comfort. The house contains 2 toilets, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. Finally, there are 2 bathrooms, one with double sinks and walk-in shower and one with sink, toilet and shower cubicle.

Outside
The heated 5 x 10-metre pool invites you to spend long days at it! The outdoor terraces offer both shade and sun. Around the house there is plenty for children to do, there is a table tennis table, you can also play darts, badminton and jeu de boules. There is also an outdoor fireplace on one of the three terraces. The hot tub in the garden is of course a super romantic extra!
