In this comfortable French holiday home or gîte, with two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located in a small village - surrounded by a varied landscape of forests and meadows - you will definitely find it. There are days when you will hear nothing but chirping birds, buzzing insects and the loud song of the cigale.
This old Périgord house was recently renovated and this holiday home with swimming pool stands independently, with its own entrance and its own fenced garden (200m2), on the owner's property (2500 m2).
On the ground floor is a spacious living area with a large open-plan kitchen, a long dining table with chairs and a sitting area with a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, nespresso machine, etcetera. There is also a room with a toilet and a washing machine.
On the first floor are two very spacious bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom with toilet, washbasin and large walk-in shower. One bedroom has a double bed (1.60m), the other has 3 single beds.
Outside, this holiday home has a wooden dining table set with chairs, luxury parasol, deck chairs, barbecue, etc.
There is also a swimming pool where you can laze in the sun at the poolside or on comfortable loungers.
At night it is quiet, apart from the rustling of some animals. But above all it is dark, really very dark. And that has a fantastic advantage: there is no more beautiful starry sky to be seen! You are enchanted by a beautiful bright Milky Way where millions of stars shine their light on you. Formidable!
