The house
Remietta is a very tastefully furnished holiday home with private pool and large covered terrace. Quietly and privately situated with nice views and yet only a few minutes walk from the village with the bakery. Take a look at the beautiful decoration of this new gem!
Inside
Living room with large French doors to the terrace and pool, beautiful kitchen with cooking island. On the first floor are the three bedrooms, two of them have a double bed of 160 x 200 and the third bedroom has a bunk bed of 90 x190, finally there is a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
Outside
In the garden of 500 m2 is the private pool of 7x3 mtr. The large covered terrace offers plenty of space to eat together or to lie in the shade by the pool. The house is completely free and there are no direct neighbours. The large barn next to the house is not used. The field in front of the house is a great place to play for the kids, it belongs to the father of the owner!

The bakery at 5 min walking distance. 15 km from Montignac-Lascaux. 35 km from Sarlat and 15 km from Hautefort.

Wat een fantastische plek! Heel mooi huis met een prachtig uitzicht en veel privé! Smaakvol ingericht, frisse en erg complete woning met alle comfort. Eigen zwembad! Ook en heel vriendelijke "conciërge" die regelmatig heerlijke verse tomaten en courgetten uit zijn groente hof kwam brengen. Huis is mooi gelegen. Heel mooie wandelingen in de omgeving. Ook het stadjes Montignac en Sarlat-la-Canéda zijn aanraders maar ook de pittoreske stadje Fanlac waar er ook een heel mooie wandeling vertrekt. Een echte aanrader!!! Bedankt Lydia voor deze heerlijk, deugddoende vakantie!
