Completely new villa, transformed into a holiday home for those who want to enjoy the typical southern French holiday feeling in a lovely spot near a village. This holiday home has been furnished with care. It is the little sister of Villa Les Rocs, so we are assured of super service! In a minimalist style, you will find contemporary furniture, good beds, light and space. The whole, together with the fine pool and spacious garden, makes for a great holiday in the beautiful Dordogne! The house is quietly located, yet around the corner from the village of Bachellerie with its small shop/bakery and a restaurant 5 minutes from the village.

Ducaussa's living spaces are stylish and comfortable and also offer all modern amenities for a fine stay: a fine living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an island annex bar and a spacious dining table for a communal breakfast. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. A modern bathroom made of beautiful natural stones.

Outside
Spacious terrace with dining table and pergola. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee, a good book or an al-fresco dinner in the shade. Adjacent to the terrace you will find the fine private swimming pool. The garden will be planted some more during the month of June. On the terrace you can linger until the end of the evening...
