The house
Accommodation for 2 to 8 people located in quiet, hilly countryside just 30 minutes from the famous Sarlat-la-Canéda and Brive-la-Gaillarde, where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside, the swimming pool and hiking trails or the many tourist attractions.
An ideal place for families to holiday together. The house offers comfort for two as well as for a family. Four fully equipped bedrooms, a bathroom with both a shower and a bath! There is a playpen for the little ones, as well as toys, reading books and TV with DVD player.
This house full of character, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, also offers a fully equipped kitchen, including oven, microwave and dishwasher and the living room has a wood-burning stove (wood is provided). Cosy by the stove in winter with your feet up!
Fully independent house with its own entrance and a spacious terrace at the front.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 a bunk bed, bedroom 3 a single bed and bedroom 4 a double bed . A cot fits the rooms.
The house also offers a utility room/barn where you can, for example, store your roof box and/or bicycles, the washing machine is also located here.
Surrounding your gîte is a plot of land of 17000m², with outdoor games such as table football, trampoline, swing, slide, table tennis and heated swimming pool.
You will benefit from the heated swimming pool open from May to September. The pool is fenced.
Table d'hôtes is available from 8 June to the end of August. Take-away/delivery is also possible. Optimal holidays!
There is also a charging point on site. For a fee, you can recharge your electric car at the holiday home!

There are also several animal parks nearby.

Further remarks
Occupancy of up to 8 people includes a baby (cot). Only children are allowed in the bunk bed. There is a bunk bed in bedroom 2.
