Denise

Denise is a spacious and completely detached holiday home. In the well-tended garden surrounding the house is a beautiful private heated swimming pool, which is completely fenced. The pool is heated by solar panels.

There is also a pool house. Moreover, there is a sun terrace which offers the opportunity to enjoy the setting sun in the evening over a glass of French wine. This property is near the characteristic village of Carlux, halfway between Souillac and Sarlat, just a few kilometres from the river Dordogne. Just a short distance away is a fantastic restaurant where you can eat super good and cheap!

Interior
On the ground floor is a spacious living room with open kitchen. This is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher, fridge and freezer as well as plenty of cooking utensils. Next to the living room is a conservatory, where you have views over the spacious garden. Furthermore, a bathroom with shower cubicle, bidet and two sinks. Also a separate toilet.

All 4 bedrooms are on the first floor. The first three bedrooms have a double bed. The last bedroom has two single beds. There is also a bathroom upstairs with two sinks. There is also a bathtub here.

Outside
Lovely large heated private pool, with both a fence and alarm. This pool has an overflow system. Next to the pool is the pool house, equipped with a summer kitchen. Furthermore, the barbecue is located here.
