The cottage is located on Domaine de LEYGUE in a former stone erected old farm.
Cottage is part of a renovated barn and just opened in 2024.
Luc & Frederique are living on the domain and are available for any advice on touristic, sport, cultural or gastronomic activities.
you will have access to the park & garden of the domain as well as the 2 large pools at 20 seconds walk.
Domain is surrounded by hills and valleys with mix of bushes & open lands hosting rich wildlife: from birds to deers that you can see at sunset.
At few 10s km you'll discover fantastic places listed at world heritage: old bastides like Molieres, issigeac, Monpazier and so many castles along the Dordogne valley and of course the worldwide known valley of Vezere with dozen of prehistoric caves.

Many typical pretty old villages are sourrounding the domain where you can find nice restaurants to discover our fantastic local food from Perigord where you have quasi all possible fine & organic products from duck, foie gras, fruits, mushrooms from farms located within just few kilometers.
15km away you are in the region of Bergerac, Pécharmant & Monbazillac with their worlwide know wines where you can visit wine yards and taste wines.
At summer time in the evening you'll have the chance to participate to local night markets at farms or villages to discover local food.

Activities

courtesy bikes are available and we also rent electric bikes.
Frederique can accompany you for a ride with our horses at country side nearby and Luc can drive you for a golf course nearby too.
You can fih in the Dordogne river or small rivers or lakes nearby and have fun while descending Dordogne or Vezere rive with canoes.
