Quietly located holiday home with private pool for up to 8 people. Located in the (green) outskirts of Bergérac, 90 km from Bordeaux. Spacious living room with dining area, sofa and TV. Wifi. Toilet upstairs and downstairs. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs bathroom and 4 bedrooms with double bed. Large garage with BBQ. Spacious terrace with garden furniture. Large garden, fully fenced, located next to wooded area. Property is located on a slope.
NEW !!! Since 2024 AIRCONDITIONING is now provided in the holiday home !!! (Air conditioning in the living room on the ground floor and air conditioning in all bedrooms).
NEW since 2024: WIRELESS SUPPLY (= socket) is provided on our car park behind the holiday home for travellers with a hybrid plug-in car. This allows the car to be charged at any time of day or night. (However, a charging cable is not available on site).
Please note ! There is no charging station at the holiday home for full electric cars. Travellers with a full electric car can go to one of the 18 charging points in and around Bergerac itself. (Closest charging point to the house is about 5 km away).

The property is located on a hill next to a wooded area with unique fauna and flora. Spotting a fox, roe deer, wild boar, . is therefore not exceptional! The presence of various songbirds and birds of prey complete the natural picture.
Several vineyards and wine castles (including wine tasting !) in the vicinity of the holiday home, including the impressive Monbazillac wine chateau (some 10 kilometres from the holiday home) which is definitely worth a visit. Purchase of organic wines from local winemakers is possible.
Our holiday home is located a few kilometres from the historic centre of Bergerac, which is definitely worth a visit.

Wij hadden hier een zeer aangename vakantie.Mooie locatie op3 km van de stad BERGERAC.Een licht comfortabel aangenaam huis,goed uitgeruste keuken en zeer goed onderhouden zwembad en tuin.Mooi terras met electrische zonnetenten.TV vlaanderen en overal airco aanwezig en wifi.Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Heel fijn groot en compleet huis, prima bedden van 1.60×2.00m, en zeer schoon. Fijn groot zwembad ,geen inkijk ,Je kan zwemmen zoals je wilt

We hebben enorm genoten van een weekje in dit aangename verblijf. De communicatie verliep heel vlot en aangenaam. Bij aankomst lag er een kleine attentie klaar in de koelkast. Ondanks de toch warme temperaturen buiten was het in het huisje aangenaam koel. Prima kunnen slapen dus. Enige minpuntje waren de lengte van de bedden. Ikzelf ben bijna 1,90m groot, en het uiteinden van de bedden is voorzien van een metalen bed einde. Hierdoor kon ik niet gewoon liggen in het bed. Met de warmtepomp kon je aangenaam zwemmen met de gewenste temperatuur. Zeker in de avonduren. Super! Op 10min rijden is een groot warenhuis genaamd Leclerc. Dit was ook super dat dit zo dichtbij was voor de alledaagse boodschappen.

Bergerac is located in the Périgord pourpre on the Dordogne river. In the historical centre of Bergerac there are several possibilities for wine tasting (and buying wine !)

The holiday house is located next to a wooded area : great for walkers, joggers, mountain bikers and nature lovers.
Fully mapped out cycling routes: from one wine castle to another with fantastic views of the vineyards ...
A bit further away (+/- 70 km from Bergérac) the caves of Lascaux with its prehistoric paintings or the medieval town of Rocamadour are well worth a visit !
And for those who want to take it a bit easier, there are lazy deckchairs at the edge of the swimming pool, with or without a cool Pineau des Charentes or a nice Bergerac wine in hand.

Large trampoline in the garden.
A heat pump can heat the water in the private pool to the desired temperature : ideal for swimming when the evening gets cooler !
