Pechanette

How happy we are with this new house " Pechanette" . This completely renovated typical French (en pierre) house has a lovely large private pool, a completely fenced garden and is only 1 km from the village of Aubas (with a good restaurant) and the river Vézère.

Inside
The large, beautifully decorated hallway immediately suggests that there is something special here... You have access to the living room and kitchen from here. The living/dining room has doors opening onto the beautiful terrace with all kinds of beautiful plants (palm trees, olive trees, roses, etc.). The well-equipped kitchen also gives direct access to the fine terrace. On the ground floor is a large bedroom with its own very nice bathroom (Italian shower and bathtub).

On the first floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms of which one has a lovely covered terrace overlooking the pool and woods and another bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Finally, there is a separate bathroom and toilet on this floor. Everything exudes atmosphere and passion for the region.

Outside
Pechanette is located on a cul-de-sac which guarantees your peace and quiet. At the front there is plenty of space for your car(s) while at the back you have a lovely garden with a large private swimming pool at your disposal. For the children there is a table tennis table.

From Pechanette it is a short walk (1 km) to the village of Aubas where there is a restaurant and where you can also order your bread. Several hiking trails start from Pechanette, one of which is marked.
