Mill House

The Mill House is a spacious Gite on the Moulin des Forges Gites, Camping and Glamping multi accommodation holiday site.

This Gite is set up over two levels and is great for large families and friends. The accommodation has 4 bedrooms all with their own attached bathroom (includes a toilet, shower, hand basin) On the ground floor with the main living area is a double bedroom, stairs up to the next floor there are 2 more double bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds.

The ground floor is made up of a large open planned fully equipped kitchen , dining area and comfortable living room . Within the living room are two sofa beds to allowing for additional space for sleeping, This Gite can also be booked with the Penthouse Apartment to create a Gite that can accommodate 18 guests!

In the living room is a TV with English and French Satellite channels.

At the front of the Mill House Gite for sole use of the guests are two picnic tables and parasols, comfortable outdoor seating set and a BBQ.

On site and within our campers kitchen is a washing machine for all our guests to use (pay per use)

The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for a self catering holiday.

On site we provide Wi-Fi in all our gites and communal areas- the Wi-Fi is high speed fibre.

Moulin des Forges Gites, Camping & Glamping is set on 4 acres of peaceful woodland, lakes and streams in the beautiful Creuse countryside. It is an idyllic spot to relax, unwind as well as being a great location to set off and explore all the Creuse has to offer. We welcome our guests to take advantage of the lovely scenery and walk around the Mill ponds, sit by the waterfall, relax in the tranquil and natural setting.

On our mill pond we have a small row boat and pedalo. Guests can also fish and there is fishing equipment provided. We just ask anyone fishing to be kind and put the fish back.

Moulin des Forges also has a swimming pool and fully equipped games room, with a snooker table, dart board, games console, books and dvds. We also offer our guests use of badminton net and racquets, boules and offer hire of bikes and paddleboard. New for 2024 communal dining and relaxation area set in our beautiful gatehouse.
