The house
Renovated only a few years ago and keeping its rustic charm, this cute gite on our farm has an incredibly well equipped kitchen and open plan lounge. There is a woodwarm wood burner and two radiators for heating and wood is provided. There is a washing machine and dishwasher and an oven and microwave and an outside BBQ. Upstairs there are two bedrooms on the first floor, a queen and a twin, along with the bathroom including a shower and stand alone victorian bath tub and then there is one further queen bedroom on the third floor attic room.

We are only a few km from a proxy shop at vielleville and a great patisserie in saint dizier leyrenne

15Km away is the stunning medieval village of Bourganeuf with its central medieval chateau with a cinema in it and a market every wednesday all year round. There are several cafes and many shops and two large supermarkets Aldi and Carrefour and most other facilities.

Activities
We own a lake of 7 acres which has beautiful clean water with a stream flowing into and out of it. There is swimming and stand up paddle boarding and a pontoon area to sit and enjoy a picnic and the tranquility. We also have a small boat to row around in.
We own two donkeys Ernie and Bernie who you can give cuddles and carrots to and take for a walk. Bernie is a rare breed with shaggy hair.
We also own two very cute mini ponies not much bigger than large dogs who you can also pet and take for walks.
We have other farm animals including chickens and horses and dogs and cats.
There are multiple trails on our property including a nice walk around the lake and there are plenty of longer walks linked to our trails.
Nearby is Mont Gueret where there is rock climbing and downhill mountain biking and cross country trails
