La Masquénada:
Detached 6 person holiday home (84m2) with large garage (95m2). Located on the Corrèze/Dordogne border with beautiful views. The house has 2 bedrooms for adults and 1 bedroom for two children. A maximum of four adults can stay. The living room of 40 m2 has a modern open-plan kitchen. The bathroom has a shower à l'itallienne and a double sink. There is a separate toilet.
In Cublac, 1.5 km away, you will find a bakery/grocery, a pharmacy and a restaurant. At 3km is Terrasson with its beautiful town centre, where you will find all kinds of shops, supermarkets, a cinema and many restaurants. Every Thursday there is a large cosy market. At 20 minutes you will find Lac du Cause where you can swim and sunbathe. In the surroundings, both in the Dordogne and the Corrèze, there is much to see and do. Walking, canoeing, round trips, fishing, horse riding, caves, castles, weekly markets, flea markets.
Places like Montignac, Sarlat, Collonge la Rouge, Rocamadour but also Brantome and many others are worth a visit.

Very wooded area, 1.5 km from a village and 3.5 km from a town. Quiet to very quiet, but not lonely. Close to all tourist highlights of the Dordogne, Corrèze and Lot. At 20 minutes from Lac du Causse with its beach and picnic.

Wij hebben 2 heerlijke weken gehad.
Wat een mooie omgeving. Volledig tot rust gekomen. Vlakbij Dordogne. Vele plekjes bezocht. En we hadden ontzettend veel geluk gehad met het weer. Mooie huis, modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een aanrader om hier heen te gaan !!

We hebben twee weken ontzettend genoten van het heerlijke huis in een prachtige omgeving.
Het huis ontbreekt werkelijk nergens aan, overal is aan gedacht.Robert en Barbara leren kennen als vriendelijke, gezellige en erg gastvrije mensen.

Restaurants abound in this area. The ordinary, good quality "ouvriers" restaurants. The "higher" quality restaurants.
Markets galore where local produce is plentiful.
Activities
In Cublac, at 1,5 km, you will find a bakery and restaurant. At 3 km lies Terrasson with the beautiful city centre, here you will find all kinds of shops, supermarkets, a bios and many restaurants.
Every Thursday there is a big market. At 20 minutes you will find Lac du Cause where you can swim and sunbathe. In the surroundings, both in the Dordogne and in the Corrèze, there is plenty to see and do. Hiking, canoeing, boat trips, fishing, horseback riding, caves, castles, weekly markets, brocantes.
Places like Montignac, Sarlat, Collonge la Rouge, Rocamadour but also Brantome and many others are worth visiting.
