We welcome you all year round in our gite in rural setting with beautiful green surroundings, near the Dordogne gorges ( 20 minutes of Argentat), walking paths, ponds and forests.
Set is a typical Corrèzian barn, you will have about 110m2 of living space on one floor:
- two living rooms
- three bedrooms (two beds of 140cm wide and one bed of 120cm )
For your comfort there are: a flat screen TV, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, hi fi, dvd player, free wifi internet, bed and baby equipment.
Closed grounds of 2000 m2 with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, trampoline, games for children .

Less than 2 hours driving from several tourist sites (Goufffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, picturesque villages, Lascaux caves...)
We offer a discount of 15% on the second week and 20% on the third.

The gite is located on the ground floor of an old barn conversion in the town of Champagnac la Prune (150 inhabitants). The gite is centrally located in the department Correze so you are in an ideal location to explore the region: you are less than an hour from Brive la Gaillarde with its well known market, near very beautiful villages (Collogne la Rouge, Turenne). you can explore the Dordogne (20 minutes of Argentat), and visit the unknown treasures of Corrèze (the ruins of Tours de Merle) but also well known towns of Lot and Perigord (Rocamadour, Padirac) and finally discover the mountainous and wild landscapes of Cantal (Salers ...).

Corrèze lies at the crossroad of several regions and departments. This means there are a large amount of regional delicacies to enjoy here: foie gras, duck, aligot, veal , mushrooms, cantal cheese, chestnuts ... Corrèze is not a wine region but benefits from the wines of the south west such as Cahors, Tariquet ...
Activities
On site, we have a stable with the possibility of horse riding trips and riding courses ... Children can help taking care of the horses. There is lots of woodland with walking paths. There are many ponds and lakes, streams and rivers nearby for swimming, fishing or for a walk along the water. We are nearby the Dordogne Valley with the possibility of canoeing and other outdoor sports. Lake Marcella, 230 hectares large is 15 minutes away and has a nature sports resort.
