HOLIDAY HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL IN CHARENTE

LOCATION
The holiday home is located in the southwest of France, about one hour's drive from Limoges. The holiday home is located on the holiday park Village Le Chat, a cosy, quiet and child-friendly park. There is plenty to do in the area for both young and old. The region is known for its beautiful nature, hilly landscapes and impressive castles.

DIRECT SURROUNDINGS
The holiday home is located on the holiday park Village Le Chat in Ecuras. The park itself has a communal swimming pool, tennis court, mini golf and swimming lake with sandy beach. There is also a golf course just outside the park. The nearest village can be found about 15 minutes' drive away. Here you will find, among other things, a bakery, butcher and a large supermarket. The city of Angoulême is located about 40 minutes' drive away. There is plenty to do in the area for both young and old. There are beautiful villages, castles and vineyards in the area, but there are also possibilities to go on a canoe trip or visit a climbing park.

The holiday home has an area of about 70m2 and is situated in total on a spacious plot of about 700m2. The entire house is located on the ground floor.

DESCRIPTION
The house is suitable for five persons and has three bedrooms. There is a living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences. The bathroom has a bath, washbasin with mirror and a toilet. Through the sliding doors in the living room you can reach the terrace with private pool. Around the pool and in the garden there are plenty of nice seats to enjoy the sun and the peace and quiet.

The holiday home is available all year round and the arrival day is Saturday (consultation possible).
